OUR OFFER FOR A HOUSE WAS ACCEPTED AND NOW WE’RE NECK-DEEP IN THE PROPERTY PURCHASE PROCESS.
My wife and I began viewing houses in early September, thinking it’d probably take us at least a couple of months before we’d encounter our dream house. Whelp, we were wrong; we found our dream home, which had a listed price way above what we could offer, but we put in an offer anyway because we really loved the place. Lo and behold, after some rounds of negotiating, our offer was accepted! So now that sets off bunch of time-sensitive tasks we gotta do and we’ve been in crunch mode.
I AM SO TIRED AND STRESSED AND ANXIOUS! But I hope everything will go well!
