Doing
After 6 months of dropping the ball on practicing the piano, I finally picked it up again. I’m re-familiarizing myself with Bach’s prelude and fugue in C-sharp major in WTC Book I—it was what I learned in early 2025 but due to the long hiatus, I kind of lost the muscle memory on some of the sections.
I have the habit of taking long hiatus on piano practice and I really want to put an end to that this time.
This holiday season, I hope to finish the chair video mentioned below and enjoy life—spend time with family, do some blogging, do more Portuguese learning and have some great foods.

- Elements of Typographic Style by Robert Bringhurst
I read this book during my undergrad doing typesetting for a novel as part of a capstone project but I have barely any memory of what I read. Labouring over the the typefaces for this blog just made me want to re-read this classic again.
Music:
I’ve been listening to the OSTs from Into the Breach on repeat from front to back for a month now. I’ve never played the game, but I stumbled upon the OSTs and they immediately captivated me.
